regory Property Valuers was established in May, 2009 by David and Jemma Gregory. Our company was born to fill a niche in the current valuation market – the need for a local, licensed Valuer, living and working within a specific region. As such, GPV is an independent, boutique valuation company servicing the Peel Region exclusively.
GPV is dedicated to providing a superior valuation service based on an excellent understanding of valuation methodology, a superior knowledge of the local market and a focus on ‘old-fashioned,’ consistent communication with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction is delivered.
Furthermore, we take such pride in the valuation profession and our company that inspections are only conducted by a Certified Practising Valuer registered with the Land Valuers Licensing Board, and a member of the Australian Property Institute.
